  • Design Guidelines:
    • Tubing Bend Radius is 1-1/2″ min.
    • Duty Cycle for electric motors is typically is one (1) minute ON with five (5) minutes OFF rest time.
    • Uneven Loads are OK, as long as the minimum load to retract the legs is applied to each leg AND the maximum load is not exceeded for each leg.
    • Durability Testing – Unit design has been tested to meet or exceed 30,000 cycles.
    • Lift Speed for 1,000 lb systems is five (5) turns of the hand crank for one (1) inch of travel.  35 seconds total travel time for 12″lift, electric motor.
    • Lift Speed for 1,500 lb systems is ____ (__) turns of the hand crank for one (1) inch of travel.  42 seconds total travel time for 12″lift, electric motor
