ESD Shelving incorporates 14 gauge galvanized steel uprights,
single and double rivet beams, and electrically conductive
particle board (ECP®) in its design. ECP® is widely used
throughout the hi-tech industry in radio frequency shielding
products., shipping containers for electrically sensitive
components, and production line components. Now this same
protection is available to you.
Lyon's
Particle Board, patented as ECP®, is totally permeated with a
special ESD compound. Products which dissipate static
electricity horizontally through a laminate are high
maintenance, eventually deteriorate and require clumsy grounding
devices. The patented formulation of solid ECP® dissipates
static electricity vertically through the board and does not
deteriorate. Shelves will not crack, split or check for an
extremely long, useful static-electricity-zapping life.

RDM PCB Cabinets are designed to store and
protect your sensitive PCB Boards by providing a board-specific,
segmented slot or compartment area for each individual board.
Image shown at left shows standard PCB Cabinet construction of
Melamine laminated wood construction. This material is not
ESD rated, but is the most commonly used by several of our BCB
test and manufacturing facility clients. Other
materials, including ESD safe materials, are available upon
request. We design and build each unit to fit
your specific need(s).
